My name is Ruth and I live and breathe with my awesome husband Jeff in Los Angeles, CA. For those who know a Jeff you'll know what I'm talking about. Look up the urban dictionary on the name and you'll get pages and pages on the awesomeness of Jeffs.
I love living in sun soaked Los Angeles but I do miss Ireland. I miss my family, friends, the dog and cat and especially my daily walk along Sandymount strand come rain or shine. I love writing and if anyone finds this blog interesting and informative I will be thrilled. As well as finding writing to be fun and therapeutic, I have always had the urge to do it. I wish also to raise a little awareness on how easy it actually is to make new lifestyle choices and become cruelty free and eco conscious regarding everyday products; from household cleaning to shower and washing soaps to makeup. It's an easy transition and I would definitely recommend it. I hope you enjoy what you read.

Awesome legs though... Just saying...
I am a brunette with good, shiny dyed hair but as I age grey-fully am leaning a little toward the dry side. Dandruff frequents me ...sometimes.
Teeth: Strong and all my own. Not mustard yellow or anything but not Hollywood white either. They can be a little sensitive as are my emotions.
